Alma Emory, a fourth year Ravenclaw student and younger sister of the apparently famous Quinn Emory, peered into the Great Hall taking in all of the people that were already seated. She pressed her palms to her temple and tried to get her massive headache to quit, but it seemed completely content staying with her and creating an insane amount of agony. She felt someone come up next to her and put a hand on her shoulder, "Hey, Alma, are you alri-" Alma's head shot up and she found herself staring at Charles Garet, one of Quinn's best friends, "ght...?" He managed to finish.
"Fine." Alma growled and shrugged away from his touch. She knew he was going to keep talking if she didn't make her escape now. She ducked into the Great Hall and put her head down as she reached the Ravenclaw table. She set her hands in her lap and took a deep breath. She looked around quickly...She barely recognized anyone. She ran a hand through her brown hair and a groan escaped her lips. A few of the students looked at her and she shrugged her shoulders.

Eileen didn't bother to take a look around before sitting at the first available spot she saw. She hadn't eaten in days, it seemed, from all the drama and excitement that had been going on. First Serene, the girl she was hexed to kill, comes back from the dead. She's made too many enemies. And so far not really any friends, except Victoria- but she couldn't help her now. Perhaps she could turn to Hermione. Hermione was always one for galant acts and trying to save people. And then there was Xavier, but she couldn't risk him.
She sighed as she stuffed a potato in her mouth.
"Pass the pumpkin juice, please?" she said to the girl sitting beside her without even turning to see who it was.

Alma felt a sudden wave of nostalgia as she semi-recognized Eileen. She knew that she had met her once or twice before, at her sister's wedding and then again the night her parents passed. And she knew that Eileen had been involved in her kidnapping.
But Alma wasn't one to hold grudges, in fact, she barely even cared anymore. She had never much gotten along with her parents and although she would miss them, she couldn't exactly say that she hated Harlow for what she had done. Alma had managed to get over her parents death a lot easier than Quinn had, "Eileen Harlow? I didn't think that I'd be seeing you again and-" She took a huge bite of toast and passed the pumpkin juice to Eileen in a hurry, almost tipping it over, "Mmmmm. Sorry." She said with a small laugh.

Eileen took the pumpkin juice from her in a rush so it wouldn't fall. She took a swig of it before even looking at the girl. After she was done, she looked at her, finaly realizing who she was and why her voice sounded so familiar. The last time she'd seen her, she was sleeping in her room at Serene's house in Paris. Right before Eileen was cursed to kill Serene. "Alma..." Eileen said speaking her name. She wasn't sure whether to apologize or what. She- and Draco, were the reason both of her parents were dead and she was left an orphan. But... somehow, she didn't feel to bad about it. Mostly because they would have died anyways, and at the hands of more brutal creatures than her that would have tortured them first. Though she had blood in her hands, she saw it as a mercy kill. But perhaps, she could have tried to save them, like Shawn saved Alma.
"I'm... I'm so sorry," she managed to say.

Alma smiled slightly, "It's..." She wasn't about to say that it was okay that Eileen had killed her parents. Because...well...it wasn't. But she couldn't say that it wasn't okay either. In some strange way, Alma Emory had forgiven her a while ago. Her parents would have been killed either way, but at least they didn't have to suffer. She shoved the rest of the piece of toast into her mouth and grinned, "A man who won't die for something isn't fit to live." She said aloud and then shook her head, "My parents died to protect Quinn and I. All is forgiven." She suddenly sounded a lot older than her 15 years and she blinked a couple of times.
"Where's Shawn, by the way?" She said, her eyes twinkling for a moment as she looked around the Great Hall, "I guess i owe him a thank you or something."

Eileen was taken back by Alma. She didn't expect this at all. A recent orphan should be trying to avenge her family's death, especially when she had the killer right in front of her. She became wary, perhaps this was another trick. But Alma was so young, she couldn't possibly.... No... It's always the young ones you have to watch out for.
"I don't know where he is," she said to her taking a bite of her food while watching Alma from the corner of her eyes.
"He comes and goes."

"Thank you for saving me Eileen." Alma said and pulled another piece of toast onto her plate. She looked up at Harlow as she began to tear the crust off. She placed it in a circle on her plate and then finally ate the center portion of the bread, "How have you been?" She said through the bread in her mouth. Alma wasn't sure why she cared so much, but she wanted Eileen to be happy. Murder was a bloody business and Alma often pondered the consequences. Alma often seemed much older than her 14 years.
