Boy Are You Funny Looking
Appearance:
Black was a tall, well-built, darkly handsome man with long, lustrous black hair, striking grey eyes, and an air of "casual elegance." This vestige of aristocratic beauty is apparently an attribute passed down through the Black Family. He has piercing Grey eyes and a light skin complexion. Sirius doesn’t like being the center of attention, but he doesn’t like simply hanging in the back either. He plays it safe in the middle of the pack. He’s, by all accounts, very attractive and all the girls are constantly swooning over him and James Potter.
Height: 6’ 3”
Clothing:
Sirius hates his Hogwarts Robes and tries to get out of wearing them at any time. He also hates the Uniform, so sometimes he’ll wear his street clothes under his robe. This angers the Hogwarts Staff to no end...that might be why he does it. He likes anything that’s comfortable, but he’s most likely to be seen wearing a pair of jeans and a Muggle Band T-shirt. He loves muggle bands. When it gets colder outside, he normally wears a leather jacket. He thinks that it goes along with his increasing love of motorcycles.
Everybody Has Personality Flaws
Personality:
True to the Gryffindor student that he was sorted to be, Sirius Black is a very brave and loyal soul. He is a talented and clever wizard, though he is also quite an arrogant and mischievous troublemaker at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, with a rather nasty habit of bullying people with his best friend, James, namely Severus Snape. He lets his impulsiveness rule his life and doesn’t really think before he acts. This gets him into a lot of stick situations.
Sirius is reckless, immature and downright irresponsible at times, and he’s not afraid of the consequences. But he’s also quite the charmer. He loves the women and the women love him. He’s not sure exactly why he’s so agreeable with them, but he surmises that it has something to do with the goofball attitude and handsome good looks. He’s extremely passionate and develops strong emotional bonds which encourages him to spend time with and protect his loved ones.
Sirius is also extremely intelligent, although he doesn't always show it. He was described as being one of the most clever Wizards in his year, with intelligence that rivals that of Lily Evans.
Grew Up:
Sirius Black III, also known by his nickname Padfoot, is a pure-blood wizard, son of Orion and Walburga Black and elder brother of Regulus by a little over a year. He rejected his family values from a very early age, putting permanent sticking charms on his favorite Gryffindor banners and hanging up pictures of Muggle girls and bikinis, motorcycles, and other Muggle things on the wall of his room in order to further annoy his parents and family.
Sirius had an unhappy childhood; by adolescence he had come to hate most of his relatives, in particular his mother and his cousin Bellatrix Black. Whereas all other members of the Black family were sorted into Slytherin, Sirius was placed in Gryffindor, showing that his views had already diverged from those of the rest of the family before he came to school. Sirius also took great care in hanging Gryffindor banners all over his room at Number 12 Grimmauld Place to show his difference from the rest of the family.
Likes:
1. Motorcycles: Sirius has always been fascinated with the Muggle world and Motorcycles were the first thing that caught his mind. He loves the sleek look they have and the fact that they go fast. He plans on buying himself one to fix up over the summer with James.
2. Women: A natural-born charmer, Sirius loves women. All types of women, not just the ones that he’s into. He can charm anyone and everyone and he normally does so. He has been known to try and seduce Professor McGonagall in order to get out of writing some of his Transfiguration parchments...it never works.
Dislikes:
1. Elitists: Sirius grew up around these kinds of people and he’s not afraid to say how much he hates them. He thinks that the ideas of elitism and those who follow it are complete rubbish.
2. His Family: Going along with his dislike of elitist, his family is the worst of the worst. Although the Black have been long respected and reared as one of the best pureblood families, he doesn’t believe in their elitist ways and will do anything to breach their trust.
Strengths:
1. Humor: Sirius’ best strength, he loves to make people laugh and he’s good at it too. He enjoys when other people are happy, even if it’s at the expense of those...less fortunate (cough cough Snape cough cough)
2. Transfiguration: Sirius has a knack for Transfiguring things, which might be why it was so easy for him to become an animagus. He receives top marks in this class and Professor McGonagall says that he has great potential when it comes to this subject.
Weakness:
1. Potions: Sirius never could quite manage to figure out potions. Something about it always eluded him...And he was too proud to even think about going to Slughorn’s office for help...thus...he continued to fail the class.
2.Divination: There has always been something off about divinations for Charles. He never quite understood what people saw when they looked into empty tea cups...He always assumed that they were unhappy that they had drunk all their tea.
Phobias:
Sirius has acute Athazagoraphobia: He's afraid of forgetting things. Whether it be his homework, his friends, or his feelings about something, he can't stand the idea that he would ever forget about it. It's not in his nature.
Turn On's:
Sirius is turned on by Bikinis. Call it something that most men are turned on by, but he has pictures up all around his room. He thinks they're the most brilliant things in the world and he can't understand why women try and wear frumpy clothes or cover up all the time. He's also turned on by women with a sense of adventure; ones who aren't afraid of pranks or motorcycles.
Turn Off's:
Sirius is extremely turned off by shy people; if they can’t go out and introduce themselves, he doesn’t think they’re worth meeting. He is also turned off by people who have no consideration for other’s feelings. He hates the kind of people that manipulate and use others and cannot stand to be around them at any point in time.
We're All A Little Weird
Personal Effects
A Black Family ring. Although he has all but renounced his heritage, he loves that ring. It makes him feel powerful and looks pretty cool on. He also always carries around a couple of pranks within his school bag. He never knows when James will want to pull something.
Quirks or Habits
Sirius has really long hair and he's constantly pushing it away from his face. He also tends to play with his collar and tie a lot when he's in uniform.
Extras
Unregistered Animagus: Sirius was able to become an Animagus at the early age of fifteen, assuming the shape of a large black dog, like the Grim.
Power Range:
He's considered to be a pretty powerful wizard considering that he was able to accomplish becoming an unregistered animagus before the age of 14. He uses his power range to hex and bother those that he doesnt like.
Sample Post
"Merlin's beard, did you see her face James? It was priceless! priceless!" Sirius said with a laugh and pushed some of his hair away from his face. James and Sirius had just got done pranking one of the Hufflepuff girls. Little did she know when she walked into the courtyard she would be barraged with tiny birds that were made of James' torn up Defense Against the Dark Arts text book, "She couldn't even figure out where they were coming from! And di you hear that scream? It was like a banshee in heat!" Sirius could barley talk over his laughter, so he hoped that James could understand him.
He pulled his leather back further up his shoulder so that everything wouldn't fall out when he leaned down to pick up one of the birds, "I do feel kind of bad though...she was a bit of a looker, don't you think?" Sirius asked as he played with the bird. It was slightly still enchanted, twitching awkwardly in his hand, "Perhaps I'll have to find her and console her." He said with a wink in James' direction, "Oh come on mate, don't give me that look! She's probably an emotional wreak right now! Better swoop in while I still have the chance!"
