Andromeda Spark was the first to enter the classroom. She'd chosen the desk at the front of the row, right smack in the middle across from the teacher's desk. She was excited to learn more about Defense Against The Dark Arts, it was by far her best and most favorite subject. Of course, it greatly helped that both of her parents were Aurors and started to train her as soon as she was old enough to think for herself.
Neatly stacking her books on the corner of her desk, she sat straight up and patiently waited for the other students to come in.
A loud cackle sounded behind her and Andromeda quickly turned towards the sound, her hair flipping around her shoulder as she did so.
"What are you looking at Gryffindork!?" Bellatrix sneered, her eyes glinting with mischief as she laughed some more with her fellow Slytherins about something.
Andry's neck turned red as blood rushed up her body and her cheeks turned rosy. She hated Bellatrix. Ever since the first day of school back when they were first years Bellatrix had picked on her and tried to make her life miserable.
Andry clutched her hands together and made a fist. She wouldn't let Bellatrix push her around anymore.

Sirius bounded into the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, carrying his books in one hand and a large parcel into the other. He tried to stop running so fast when he entered the room, but his momentum had already been set and he nearly crashed into the wall. Luckily he was able to turn at the last second and only managed to hit his knee on a nearby desk, "Ow! Bloody hell, who put that there?!" He exclaimed and threw him book onto one of the desks. He reached down and massaged his knee gingerly.
Sirius turned his head to the left and caught sight of his cousin Bellatrix. He grimaced. He was definitely not in the mood to deal with her today. And, she had already managed to insult the girl who was sitting a few rows up, "Can it, Trixie." Padfoot said and let go of his knee. He straightened so that he could tower over Bellatrix and grinned at her wickedly, "Don't you need to go tame your hair? You look like you've got a couple of rats nests in there..." He said and picked at her hair mock-playfully. He rolled his eyes and picked up his book and parcel and walked to the seat next to Andromeda.
"Don't mind her. She's just bitter that Rodolphus Lestrange hasn't asked her out yet." He turned around and winked yet again. He put his book down and then the parcel on top of it and turned the seat so that he was straddling it and facing Andromeda, "How are you doing, Miss Spark?" He asked.

Andry looked at Sirius amusingly. Ah, family conflicts, it was so much fun to watch. She let her hands relax, it was thankful Sirius had come in or else she might do something she'd regret that would land her in detention- for the first time.
Bellatrix fumed at the name Sirius had called her. He was the most irritating git there ever was. Her fellow Slytherins stood rigid and were ready to jump away in anticipation of a brawl. But Bella just stood there, her eyes trained on Sirius and her hand wrapped tightly around her wand. She'd let Sirius have his fun, but if he ever pushed his boundaries, she'd have no trouble turning him into a newt and crushing his overly large head.
"Bella, you going to let him talk to you like that?" One of the boys said after Sirius had sat down. She hissed at the boy, "I'll do as I want! He'll get what's coming to him!" Her wand was already at his neck, "Got a problem with that?"
Darius put his hands up and tried to back away from her, but Bellatrix was moving forward with him pushing his back to the wall. "No, no. No problem," he said as beads of sweat ran down his face.
At that moment, the professor came in. Bellatrix gave a low growl as she settled herself in the back corner of the room, stuffing her wand in her pocket.
"Just fine, thanks for that Sirius," she said turning to the front and getting Bellatrix out of her mind. "You really saved me from doing something rather stupid."

Sirius laughed heartily and played with the string on his parcel, "Not a problem. I'm always looking out for girls against my cousin. She can be a right foul git, you know that, Trixie?" He turned around and shot her a signature grin and then rolled his eyes. He focused back on Andromeda and nodded, "I should hope you wouldn't do anything stupid. You wouldn't want to ruin that perfect reputation, now would you?" He winked deviously, perhaps implying more than he should. But he couldn't help it. Sirius made his way around all the Gryffindor girls. And the Ravenclaw ones. On rare occasion did he get around to the Hufflepuffs. And even rarer still were the Slytherin ladies.
Sirius put his feet up onto the table revealing a pair of very mismatched socks. He looked down at them and rolled his eyes, "You know...I did try and match today, I really did. But Peter Pettigrew stole all of my socks. So I was forced to borrow some of Remus'. Merlin only knows what he does with all of them-" He said and shivered. He immediately put his feet back down on the floor and rolled up his sleeves. He drew his wand from his pocket and swished it in the air, anticipating an exciting Defense Against the Dark Arts class.
